Run the test procedure /inst/test.r

Install from binary & run test procedure

svn commit and tag

Protect .tar.gz

FTP upload of .tar.gz at the command prompt:
ftp cran.r-project.org
anonymous
your.email.address@yourserver.com
cd ./incoming
put ./its_i.j.k.tar.gz
quit
